THE first blog post

Thank you for visiting my page. It means a lot to me that you have taken an interest in my work. I have been writing for 2 and a half years and recently signed with the wonderful and magnificent Jen Newens at Martin Literary Agency. I could not have made it this far without the help and encouragement of my critique peers - Jessie, Andi, Ryann, and Bri. They are the bees-knees. Also, without the support of my husband Jason, whom I've left with all three kids so I could get some alone time to write. And drink coffee. On that note, I'd also like to thank coffee for keeping me awake.

Now, forward and onward to many more literary adventures! Hope you'll tag along on this wild ride that is the traditional publishing industry...
